The sunny, whitewashed Ericeira is popular with lisboners seeking a quick weekend getaway.
Its spectacular ocean views and excellent seafood restaurants make for a very pleasant stay along with the incredible waves that make it a mecca for surfers. The town’s old center is clustered around Praça da República, with the sprawl of newer development spreading out either side.
Cascais is the beach haven just around the corner of Lisbon, combining the beauty of the white-sanded beaches with its famous nightlife.
Its beauty and picturesque vibe are felt when passing by the urban beaches with wild dunes, meeting the Atlantic and the Sintra mountains. It is where you can enjoy mild weather throughout the entire year, go surfing in Guincho, try windsurfing or cruise the ocean in a boat.

Costa da Caparica
Costa da Caparica is a stunning 26km of coastline with glorious sandy beaches that extends along the western side of the Setúbal Peninsula, only 20 minutes from Lisbon.
It has powerful Atlantic waves and beautiful natural scenery. The pristine beaches stretch the entire length of the coast with a very relaxed feel with many beach bars, restaurants’ and incredible sunsets. Further down the coast is the traditional fishing village of Fonte da Telha.
Serra da Arrábida
The Serra da Arrábida is a protected zone for lots of wildlife, nestled amidst the deep blue sea and green hills of a Natural Park.
Portinho da Arrábida is one of the most beautiful beaches and a great place for scuba diving, with unique flora and fauna to be discovered in the clear waters. It is a place to explore and find the most breathtaking undiscovered beaches that not many know about.
Aljezur is a small town of whitewashed houses and cobbled streets between the Algarve and Alentejo’s Vicentine Coast, so it gets the best of both worlds.
Some natural beautiful beaches are found around here, like Arrifana, Bordeira, Castelejo, Cordoama and Cabanas Velhas.
Lagos is one of the most paradisiac places of the Algarve, presenting some of the most stunning locations of the entire region, like the Dona Ana beach, Ponta da Piedade and Camilo beach.
